Walking, Trying To Get To 10,000 Steps A Day...
Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 9:19PM Well, I have been using my Fitbit for 3 weeks now. I really, really like the device. If you want t see my review scroll down.
On a bad with lots of meetings. I now know that I average 3,500 steps in a day. The Fitbit is showing me I need to make the extra effort and take the stairs and any other means to get more steps into my daily routine.
The ultimate goal is to get more weight off.....
The battle still goes on...
