I was feeling a little sluggish the other day and happened to have a doctors appointment that day. I had a blood test done and my glucose was below average.

I am speaking with my doctor next week and see if this is something I should be concerned with or not.

Either way I picked up a blood testing kit to check my own glucose. My test yesterday was just barely in the normal range.

I will keep you updated to what I find out.

My weight is holding and I am happy with everything else.
